**What we do** ?
We brought to the market the first solution for the end-to-end creation of cloud-native digital platforms.
Mia-Platform is in hyper-growth mode: we moved from 45 to more than 140 in the last 2 years!

**The role
We are now looking for a Solution Architect that can create the overall vision and strategy for a specific solution to a business problem or need.
You will design, describe and manage the solution, acting as a bridge between a business problem or need and the technology solution, outlining each of the phases and requirements to make the solution work.
You will help both potential and existing customers to understand and implement their own internal solutions using Mia-Platform's product.
**Activities
- Working with potential and existing customers to understand their needs in order to outline how Mia-Platform's solutions could help them
- Suggesting how to reduce cloud-native complexities, set guidelines, and make the infrastructure transparent to Customer devs with Mia-Platform's Internal Developer Portal (IDP)
- Designing software architecture for the Digital Platform of the customers using Mia-Platforem runtime components like Fast Data, API Gateway, Backoffice, Flow Manager and more
- Defining and implementing a POC on Mia-Platform that solves real problems of the Customer
- Working closely with Mia-Platform R&D, Delivery and Sales/Pre-Sales teams to provide feedback in improving the life cycle of our products
- Working closely with Mia-Platform partners and support them in defining working solutions for their Customers

**Required skills**:
- At least 4 or 5 years of relative experience in B2B Account Management and/or Partnerships
- Strong communication skills to various levels and through a variety of communication channels
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
