Then, join us in our mission to make a difference!Your responsibilities:Develop and implement sustainability strategies and policies, roadmaps, and action plans which align with clients' goals and industry standardsConduct sustainability assessments and auditsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operationsMonitor and report on sustainability performance metricsStay updated on industry trends and best practicesEngage with stakeholders to promote sustainability initiativesSupport our growth in the sustainability area by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships; contribute to proposals and presentationsProvide training and support on sustainability practicesContribute to industry publications and events to enhance our visibility and reputation. Your skills:Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability or a related roleStrong knowledge of international corporate sustainability frameworks and standards. In-depth experience and understanding on ESG rating and value chain due diligence and monitoringExperience with net zero and decarbonization strategies is an assetKnowledge and experience with different sustainability solutions - it affinityPassion for sustainability and environmental stewardshipBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related fieldFluent German and EnglishExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
