We are expanding our Tech team, and as our new Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust technology solutions that drive our clients' success. The role you will play:Architectural Vision: You will oversee the task board to monitor the progress of tasks, ensuring tasks transform into code which is then reviewed, approved, and incorporated into the project.

Your architectural vision will be crucial in verifying that developed code meets the defined tasks and requirements. Strategic Task Management: You will assign tasks based on complexity and developer seniority, using methodologies like Scrum to assign points or man-day estimates to tasks.

Your strategic insights will enable the tech team to develop autonomously, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. Technical Analysis and Estimation: Engaging in technical analysis and estimation, you will ensure the tech team can develop autonomously.

Your role includes maintaining clear and effective communication with both the team and clients, and collaborating with other solution architects for operational project management. Collaborative Spirit: Actively participating in the project lifecycle, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.

Your effective communication will help management make informed decisions based on technical insights. RequirementsYou may not have all of these, but we believe you would excel in this role with these characteristics!Educational and Professional Mastery: Proven experience in similar roles and a strong background in managing technical projects and leading developer teams will provide a solid foundation for the architectural tasks at hand. Technical Fluency: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, and knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks (e. g. , Vue. js and Nuxt. js or React and Next. js) will be valuable assets in enhancing our project capabilities. Interpersonal Savvy: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that technical insights are shared and understood across the organization. Initiative and Organization: With strong team management and resource allocation skills, proactivity, and motivation for achieving results, you will thrive in our dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. Linguistic Agility: Proficiency in both English and Italian is essential.
