What you'll do Develop and demonstrate expertise in our software solutions Conduct workshops and collaborate with Business Analysts and/or Technical Consultants to both translate the customer requirements into a feasible solution and map end user requirements into product features Provide technical leadership to international project teams to ensure successful implementations, as well as support and supervise other project team members Define project business problems and goals clearly Provide guidance and best practices for testing, training, and roll-out plans Act as subject-matter expert throughout the project life cycle What you'll need Fluency in written and spoken English At least 5 years ' experience in Professional Services or similar customer-facing role in a customer/vendor relationship Experience running complex and innovative projects within an international environment Familiarity with Agile methodology Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Good understanding of SQL databases, including designing efficient relational models, writing optimized SQL queries, and performing database optimization techniques Experience in designing RESTful APIs and SOAP web services to facilitate seamless integration between different components of software solutions Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS Ability and willingness to travel for international business trips What's nice to have Previous experience in implementing and overseeing the delivery of Field Service Management solutions for different types of industries (e. g. , Telco, Utilities, Rail) Previous experience in a product software company Knowledge of GIS technology Why join us Location flexible approach: you will be able to choose where to work from within Italy (and within the constraints of the business requirements).
