If you want to be part of a top technology brand, join us!What you'll doDevelop and demonstrate expertise in our software solutionsConduct workshops and collaborate with Business Analysts and/or Technical Consultants to both translate the customer requirements into a feasible solution and map end user requirements into product featuresProvide technical leadership to international project teams to ensure successful implementations, as well as support and supervise other project team membersDefine project business problems and goals clearlyProvide guidance and best practices for testing, training, and roll-out plansAct as subject-matter expert throughout the project life cycleWhat you'll needFluency in written and spoken EnglishAt least 5 years'experience in Professional Services or similar customer-facing role in a customer/vendor relationshipExperience running complex and innovative projects within an international environmentFamiliarity with Agile methodologyBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldGood understanding of SQL databases, including designing efficient relational models, writing optimized SQL queries, and performing database optimization techniquesExperience in designing RESTful APIsandSOAP web services to facilitate seamless integration between different components of software solutionsUnderstanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaSAbility and willingness to travel for international business tripsWhat's nice to havePrevious experience in implementing and overseeing the delivery of Field Service Management solutions for different types of industries (e.
