Solution Architect - Manufacturing Execution Systems We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Solution Architect who possesses not only technical and functional skills but also to be able to face customers and challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation to successfully lead the definition and implementation process of DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM solutions.

The DELMIA Apriso product portfolio is part of the DELMIA brand within Dassault Systèmes. This product suite is dedicated to providing competitive advantage for its customers by letting manufacturers to achieve and sustain operational excellence while adapting quickly and easily to market changes.

DELMIA Apriso products have an embedded Business Process Management (BPM) architecture, providing an ideal foundation for global manufacturing operations management.

Role and Responsibilities As part of an international team, you will design the application of the Delmia Apriso platform to fit clients' manufacturing and logistics processes. Moreover you will be actively involved in the following responsibilities:

Work closely with a variety of large manufacturing companies and stakeholders, from key users to C-level executives, demonstrating functional and technical expertise to guide and address customer business needs

Lead internal and external technical workshops

Assist in the definition of testing strategy and validation of tests scenarios, collect and analyze requirements explaining and demonstrating configuration principles, write and review conceptual and detailed design documents, assist in defining testing strategies and validate test scenarios

Collaborate with internal and external project managers and consultants to lead implementation teams

Actively participate in sales and negotiation meetings, working with presales teams on requirement analysis and preparing RFP/RFQ responses.

Internally, develop, implement, and lead processes to evaluate, capture, and apply best practices and lessons learned

Qualifications More than 5 years of experience of designing in software implementation for external customer

More than 5 years in the IT/IS industry in the area of Supply Chain (MES, LES, ERP, PLM)

Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain

Strong, proved in practice, ability to lead the workshops and designing process for multinational companies while developing strong customer relationships and outstanding customer satisfaction

Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English (another language will be considered a plus)

Experience in working in diverse and multinational environment

High standard of ethics, very good interpersonal skills

Ability to manage customer and partner relationships

Strong problem-solving skills and attitude

Leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills

Ability to travel
