JOB COMPLEXITY**:

The role of a Solutions Architect is extensive!

You will lead customer workshops to educate them on specific technologies and concepts.

The Solutions Architect is expected to be a trusted advisor that conducts deep-dive customer sessions to translate existing customer workflows into the Primeur Data One Platform, and help to "clear the field" of any customer concerns.

**Role Responsibilities

- Engages with customers senior IT and business managers to understand their requirements.

- Creates solution vision and evangelize how our solution addresses the technical and business outcomes.

- Takes the lead to define the complete customer solution.

- Communicates with Primeur sales and Primeur product management teams regarding customer initiatives.

- Manage the PR (Product Request) process, respecting SLA and completeness of requirement description.

**Qualifications

- Ability to work in matrixed and multicultural teams.

- Strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal.

- Highly motivated to learn new technologies and stay updated with the product portfolio and industry trends.

- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in similar roles most likely with a software/solutions vendor

- Highly skilled at mapping customer requirements with a solution approach

- Broad understanding of B2B integration patterns from batch to real time processing scenario

- Knowledge of Middleware/Integration technologies - MQ Messaging, MFT (Secure Managed File Transfer), API GW, ESBs, ETL, SDI (stream data integration)

- Knowledge of various deployment and hosting environments and platforms (On Premise, Cloud, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, MS Azure, AWS, Google).

- Experience with networking protocols and technology: TCP/IP, SMTP, SFTP, FTP, HTTP, DNS, WAN, LAN, VPN, LDAP, Internet, Intranet, Extranet.

- Knowledge around enterprise security, identity management, and best practices mínimally including PKI, CA, SSL, S/MIME, AuthN, AuthZ, SSO, SAML, LDAP, OpenID, Multifactor, and OAuth.

- Knowledge of Networking/Security concepts and design practices including HTTP/S, TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxies.
