Mission A successful PLM Solution Consultant is responsible for the execution of professional service engagements in support of customers implementing the Kubix Link platform, including PLM, PIM, DAM, and Kubix Board. These engagements will include the initial discovery phase, requirements gathering, configuration, training, issue resolution, upgrades and support hand-off. It will also include the coordination of integrations with third party software providers via API in coordination with our customers' IT departments and other internal stakeholders.
Therefore, for such position we are looking for a dynamic, proactive and emphatic profile, with strong problem solving mindset that thrives in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
Establish effective working relationships with the client and key resources. Take the lead in the design and implementation of the Kubix Link platform, through working sessions with customer, identify application requirements. Maintain a detailed to do list, issues log, status reports, and other required documentation for each project. Schedule, hold, lead, and document project team meetings. Communicate with and coach customers on industry and application best practices. Ensure a smooth change management by providing effective training and efficient support to the users in a live environment. Work closely with the Project Manager, the PLM Technical team, and the Customer Care. Travel to client's sites. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in management, computer science technologies or engineering or related area will be required. Master degree will be a strong plus. At least 3 year experience participating into Project implementation of "enterprise" software solutions such as PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM, IT, etc. A consulting background is preferable. Ability to analyze issues and system environment. Problem solving attitude. Relational, communication and listening skills, empowered by an empathetic approach. Business process understanding. Experience in Fashion Industry and understanding Fashion processes is a plus. Excellent critical thinking, good ability to evaluate profitability vs risk. Decision making. Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
