We are looking for a Solution Consultant based in our Rome office for our brand DELMIA Quintiq within the Industry Services team, whose mission is to deliver innovative Planning and Scheduling IT solutions to customers.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Understand how the products fulfill the business needs. The Solution Consultant contributes to increasing the deal size, accelerate deal signature, secures successful go-live

- Being the communicative party leading the aligning between our programmers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and the customer

- Contribute to the execution of the activities and deliverables, according to the different project phases

- Articulate value, identifying & mapping the customer's requirements, their impact on the business processes, KPIs and KVIs.

- Validate and test whether configured functionality is in line with customer requirements, processes, and expectatio

- Provide functional support to the customer on our solutions during development and in daily operation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Management Engineering, Mathematics or related fields

- Proven experience as Technical Sales, Solution Consultant or Solution Architect role in the Operations Planning and Scheduling domain and within international context

- Previous experience in Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Detailed Scheduling.

- Experience in providing ICT consulting advice and proposing ICT solutions to business problems

- Working experience within IT project delivery lifecycle.

- Diplomatic ability to obtain buy-in from internal stakeholders and customers on adoption of best practices and accelerators

- Previous experience of workforce and transportation planning would be beneficial

- Ability to analyze business processes, production processes for improvement (ICT field)

- Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
