About the Team
Workday is looking for an experienced HCM Presales, Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management (HCM) product expertise, to join our Team in Italy.
About the Role
If you have deep knowledge of Human Capital Management software, and presales experience (or related experience demo'ing and influencing at C-level), this is your chance to represent and demonstrate the value of next generation SaaS HCM Applications to Workday prospect customers.
Through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, and by leveraging your deep Human Capital Management (HCM) and complex Enterprise Software product knowledge, Workday presales consultants provide discovery, core human capital expertise, Executive presentations, and Workday HCM product demonstrations, in partnership with our sales teams, to prospect customers throughout the sales cycle.
About You
Basic Qualification:
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a Pre Sales / Sales Consulting role- Experience presenting Administrative computing solutions in front of a technical and business audience- Expertise knowledge of Administrative systems around Human Capital Management (Talent Management Suite, Core HR, Workforce analytics)- Strong technical and functional experience (HR domain expertise)- Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects- Fluency in Italian (Spanish and Italian desired)
