By aligning and simplifying our work, our Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) business unit aims to drive growth and innovation around everything from integrated specimen management to diagnostic solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Solution Design and Deliver Manager you will be part of the IDS Customer Program Management Department, covering a key role into the Center of Excellence for the New Product and Business Solution introduction Team into EMEA Region covering IDS portfolio.

You will be reporting to the EMEA IDS NPI manager and supporting actively delivery of New Product introductions, Migrations, SW Updates, IDS integrated projects by defining framework and structure to roll-out implementation of complex IDS solutions into the EMEA Region. You will supply for successful and strong regional launch readiness and execution beyond the IDS portfolio.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

**Lead Regional Operational Readiness**:

- Lead all aspects of the operational readiness of assigned NPI/Missions.

- Build and expand networks with relevant functions/services to establish standardized processes.

**Launch Excellence and Partner Collaboration**:

- Manage Tiger Team for Launch Excellence, ensuring timely preparation of Launch Readiness Reviews (LRR).

- Collaborate with partners, report progress to management, and serve as an SME for Sales/Project Managers.

**Project Management and Implementation**:

- Provide Project Management expertise for the implementation of complex site solutions based on business needs.

**New Product Introduction (NPI) Leadership**:

- Lead NPI launches, contribute to the Project manual for new products/solutions, and support CEM adaptation related to NPI.

- Collaborate with Regional Marketing and Business for NPI preparation and transfer to General Availability (GA).

**Main Deliverables and Tools**:

- Develop a framework for IDS complex integrated projects and contribute to the finalization and deployment of the standardized BD IDS LRR framework.

- Contribute to tool creation for different NPIs and collaborate on business development initiatives with third-party companies.

**Voice of Business and Continuous Improvement**:

- Provide inputs to Region and Global teams on Voice of Business, customer needs, product improvements, and improved service ideas.

- Lead standardized missions like software updates, migrations, and PCR, and support continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

**About you**:

**Educational and Professional Qualifications**:

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree experience in a Technical Field or Bioscience/Management Engineering.

- Consistent record in successful program management within an IT/SW environment.

**Program and Project Management Skills**:

- Certified in Project Management or 3-5 years of proven customer-facing project management experience.

- Ability to manage multiple project components simultaneously autonomously.

**Business Development and Leadership**:

- Experience in Business Development.

- Strong business, financial, and analytical skills, with ability to lead and work in a Matrix organization.

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills with both external and internal partners.

- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and organizational skills for successful product launches at regional or global levels.

**IT Proficiency and Travel Readiness**:

- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Proficiency in Smartsheet is a plus.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the European Region and willingness to travel outside of Europe for strategic NPIs.
