This is an in-office position that will be based in our regional office in São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Vila Olímpia).
Key Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop Candidate Pipelines: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier tech talent through innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct Market Research: Analyze local and global tech market trends to identify and engage with potential candidates, aligning sourcing strategies with evolving industry needs. Screen and Assess Candidates: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for various roles. Pipeline Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline health, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders and hiring managers. Utilize Technology and Tools: Leverage recruiting tools and platforms to source, track, and manage candidates efficiently, optimizing the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree;Expertise in recruiting high volume and high hiring bar environment experience;Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies;Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships;Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.
