We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our amazing team of professionals in Hiab.

As Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for the identification, tracking, and implementation of cost-saving actions.

You will be accountable for creating, developing, and executing sourcing activities.

This role could be based in Spain , Italy , Ireland , or Poland and will report to our Category Manager Powertrain, Plastics, and Fixings.

Main tasks and responsibilities Identification, development, and execution of sourcing activities across whole-Hiab spend.

Successful cross-functional participation in New Product Development, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), early supplier involvement, and selection with technology development.

Lead the QAP process with support from Category Supplier Development.

Identifying, tracking, and implementing cost-saving actions.

Develop open book costings, budgets, and raw material forecasting for the suppliers within scope.

Evaluate and develop the supply base.

Contract negotiation including payment terms, quality/warranty/logistics annexes, and raw material indices.

What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar area is desirable.

4+ years relevant global industrial experience in sourcing roles.

Experience working with large suppliers with a global multi-site footprint and managing supplier relations and negotiations.

Project management, cross-functional improvement teams, and supplier development programs.

Excellent communication, cooperation, and negotiation skills.

BCC/LCC Sourcing in EMEA and APAC.

Proficiency in using Google tools as well as Excel.

Able to read technical drawings.

Continuous improvement mindset with a business-driven and fact-based approach towards suppliers, focusing on building long-term relationships.

Fluency in English - both written and spoken.

Ability to travel when needed.
