**Position overview**:

Are you interested in sourcing indirect goods and services, ensuring safe, competitive (TCO), high quality and timely supply, For assigned plant(s) and categories within region/cluster/global.

**Responsibilities**:

- Procurement:

- Provide allnex and relevant production sites with sufficient reliable and compliant sources of supply, with competitive prices and on-spec deliveries.

- Implement sourcing strategies defined globally or within the region, leading the approach within the cluster in alignment with Procurement Manager Indirect and own peers

- Draft and execute (supplier selection, negotiation and contract definition) sourcing strategies for assigned categories of indirect goods and services, developing knowledge of internal needs and external factors

- Set savings plan, targets and monitor suppliers performance

- Work in close co-operation with respective key stakeholders, e. g. , site management, engineering, SHE, peers etc.

- Seek synergy, and where appropriate, support, ensuring he/she works effectively with cross functional stakeholders and rest of region

- Act as primary contact towards key suppliers and develop strong partnerships with these suppliers for assigned categories within the Region.

Make sure supplier performance against agreed upon key performance indicators is reviewed and action plans for continuous improvement are defined.

- Financial:

- Drive the optimization of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO):

- Manage cost saving pipeline to ensure regional targets for cost reduction are met

- Manage OWC reduction programs within assigned categories locally/ regional/ global

**Required skills and experience**:

- Understanding technicity of the petrochemicals industry need.

- Understanding of sourcing process.

- Good negotiation & contracting skills as well as hand-on mentality.

- Development of multi-aspect sourcing scenario's, balancing purchasing price benefits, rebates, risk management (supply, quality, . . ) and working capital.

- Strong ability to drive continuous improvement under demanding circumstances

- Ability to perform market, supplier and product analysis in a thorough and critical manner in order to

- Ability to present data and conclusions from analyses in an organized, clear and concise manner.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

- Strong problem solving capability and moderating skills

- Good knowledge of English, both writing and reading

- Working knowledge of computers and proficient with PC software.

- SAP basic knowledge desirable

- Project management and stakeholder management experiences desirable

**Qualifications**:

- Higher education, minimum Bachelor degree, in Economics, Engineering and/or MBA or equivalent by experience.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience, including strategic purchasing

- Strong technical affinity, experience with procurement of industrial goods & services in indirect procurement
