**Requirements**:

- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen brigade in creating and preparing menus

- Coordinate food production and control food quality, taste and presentation of dishes

- Ensure adherence to all health, safety and security procedures

- Collaborate with all F&B departments: Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Bar

- Compliance with quality and service standards

- Strong leadership skills

- Global perspective: treat one another with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background

- Flexibility regarding hours is essential, including willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings

- Ability to work under pressure

- Strong motivation and passion for the job with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment

**Other requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in the same role in a fine dining restaurant

- Fluent in Italian and workgin knowledge of English preferred

- Outstanding leadership skills

- Flexibility and excellent efficiency in working under pressure
