We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team for our latest summer opening, Zuma Porto Cervo.
Our Sous Chefs are passionate, hands on and inspiring, supporting the head chef to consistently deliver the highest quality dishes.
You will be committed to operating at the highest level and consistently encourage the rest of the team to do the same.

**The requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or higher, in a high-end, high volume restaurant
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
- Previous experience in Japanese cuisine (preferred but not required)
- Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
