The new joiner directly reports to the Accounting Manager located in Paris and he/she will be responsible for:

- Building strong relationship with customers and improving ways of working with them

- Invoicing customers and cash collection

- Managing and claims from customers, working closely with sales and supply team

- Processing & paying all documents from customers (credit notes, trade agreement, invoices)

- Ensuring tracking of payments and reconciling the bank position

- Playing a major part in the monthly closing not only on closing sales ledger but supporting the accounting manager and the general ledger preparing accruals, tax declaration and statutory docuemnts.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Economics

- At least 3+ years' experience in Account Receivable role within multinational environment

- English fluent and Italian native.

Speaking Franch or Spanish is really considered a plus

- Excel proficiency

- Multicultural mindset

- It will be considered a plus any abroad experience

- Self-organized, autonomous and able to set your own priorities

- Respect committments and deliver in a timely manner
