Our luxurious 5-star golf resort with an international brand is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our world-class wellness facility.

As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management

- Develop and implement spa treatment menus and packages

- Train and mentor spa therapists

- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- Drive spa revenue through effective marketing and sales strategies

- Maintain strong relationships with guests and team members

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role

- Deep knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage and motivate a team

- Strong business acumen and financial management skills

- Certification in spa therapies is preferred
