We are seeking a SPA Manager (m/f/d) to bring the essence of our A-ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting. Responsibilities The SPA Manager will be responsible for the efficient operations of the SPA department by coordinating a team of therapists, cosmetologists, masseurs, pool runners, sports trainers, hairdressers, and SPA receptionists, providing holistic wellness, beauty treatments and services, overseeing the overall smooth SPA running and efficiency. The SPA Manager will guarantee that every day-by-day SPA processes, standards, and procedures are implemented, provided, and maintained at the highest level in every corner of the SPA. The SPA Manager will develop the SPA team and ensure all administration duties (e. g. , time scheduling, cost control, and supplies) are well maintained and effective. The SPA Manager will assist in welcoming and orientating customers, SPA reservations, always with the top level of hospitality and professionalism, consenting special requests if possible. Requirements Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury SPA Proven knowledge of holistic and wellness trends SPA qualification is preferable Experience and familiarity with all health and safety rules (e. g. , legal/fire/safety practices pertinent to the role) Fluency in Italian, German, and English is mandatory High confidence with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Strong team building, stress management, attention to detail, problem-solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility, customer-centricity, and humility are essential Legal right to work in Italy Benefits Full-time and permanent labor contract according to C.
