Join our team at Collegio alla Querce as a Spa Supervisor, where you'll play a key role in enhancing the experience for our guests, colleagues, and the overall success of our business. In this hands-on position, you will oversee daily spa operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You'll work closely with the team to warmly greet guests, schedule spa appointments, promote retail offerings, and maintain high service standards. Your leadership will help ensure that our guest service expectations are not just met, but consistently exceeded.
- Operations_
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments and daily wellness experiences.
- Oversees bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate sales reconciliation and cash-out procedures.
- Adheres & enforces organizational policy and procedures
- Ensures the Spa areas are in a spotless condition through daily facilities walkthroughs.
- Assists Spa Manager in ensuring all monthly sales goals are being achieved.
- Diffuses guest challenges and escalates any feedback to the Spa Manager in a timely fashion.
- Knowledgeable of all of the experiences that are offered at Collegio alla Querce. Speaks confidently about other departments within the hotel.
- Maximizes revenue of treatments and programs through effective scheduling, yield management.
- Staff Supervision and Training_
- Supervises all staff during shifts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provides real-time coaching and feedback to team members to enhance service delivery and foster professional growth.
- Communicates time and attendance performance of team members to the Spa Manager.
- Responsible for overseeing onboarding and training of the coordinator team.
- Educates front desk coordinators on new offerings, retreats, promotions and any notable guests on property.
- Ensures team members are providing exceptional customer service and adhering to Auberge standards.
- Facilitates monthly one-on-one meetings with the coordinator and attendant team.
- Retail Management_
- Maintains inventory levels by ensuring proper stock and performing weekly on hand audits.
- Spearheads product knowledge training and sales incentives for the team.
- Creates, processes and receives purchase orders of new retail shipments.
**Qualifications
- Self-directed and detail oriented
- Previous hospitality experience a plus
- Punctual, reliable and confident
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative problem solving skills
