Responsibilities:Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their physical condition, health history, and wellness goals, tailoring spa treatments to address their specific needs and concerns. Perform a variety of spa therapies, including massages, body treatments, facials, and hydrotherapy rituals, using appropriate techniques, products, and equipment to achieve desired outcomes. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on skincare, body care, and wellness practices, educating them about the benefits of regular spa treatments and self-care strategies for maintaining optimal health and well-being. Create a serene and inviting spa environment, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and ambiance conducive to relaxation, tranquility, and rejuvenation. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes, health assessments, and product recommendations, in compliance with spa policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the Head of Wellness and other team members to develop and implement innovative spa treatments, promotions, and packages that appeal to target clientele and drive revenue growth. Foster positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, personalised attention, and genuine care throughout their spa experience, cultivating loyalty and repeat business.
