Spare Part Process Assistant
Spare Parts Process Assistant is the role that supports the Spare Parts management process with the goal of ensuring delivery on time as required by the customer and maximizing the efficiency of the process.
Responsibilities: Support the spare parts procurement process, to help meet delivery schedules;Contribute to the optimization of the spare parts management process by proposing improvement actions. Activities: Parts procurement according to internal and external supply logic;Management of information necessary to facilitate an effective and efficient process of spare part identification, shipment and restoration of necessary orders;Insight into purchasing and logistics dynamics in order to support proper operation and, where possible, improvement, after reviewing proposals with coordinator and key manager;Monitoring of order fulfillment status;Analysis of spare parts inventories. Must have: Diploma in technical field (mechatronics or computer science);Previous experience in warehouse or mechatronic assembly;Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially good use of Excel is required;Good knowledge of the English language (at least at the B1 level of the European classification);Good interpersonal skills, useful to relate constructively with colleagues and customers;Continuity of commitment, accuracy and patience;Ability to work methodically, maintaining a high level of order, functional to the best management of the entrusted activities.
