**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

We are looking for a customer service employee with excellent communication skills and team working skills.

As the customer service employee you will:

- work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support

- insert offers and orders.

- complete the implementation of the e-commerce site

- provide support to internal team and to the final customers

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- High school diploma (preferred with technical background)

- Graduation in language fields is preferred

- Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM and e-commerce

- Basic knowledge of office equipment

- English and Spanish good and written and oral
