He/She manages spare parts emergency orders for Sidel Customers; his/her daily objective will be solutions search that will enable spare parts recovery at other Sidel services or entities or at suppliers' premises.

He/She will be in charge of coordinating different logistic Sidel Partners with the aim to deliver spare parts in the shortest time.

In the Emergency flow context, his/her main objective will be to deliver goods in the shortest time possible, granting a faultless service to customer.

**Your Mission**:

- Manages emergencies and priorities coming from Zones for spare parts in stock or not in stock

- Contributes to transportation Lump Sum definition for Emergency flow

- Defines and spread performance KPI for emergencies management

- Looks for important delays root causes in emergencies management and proposes improvements

- Takes part in administrative management of logistic activities (forwarders invoice validation, performance KPI creation, delivery delays analysis, customs formalities management, export procedures )

- EngIish Fluency

- French knowledge is a plus

- Available to travel periodically to France.
