**Spare Parts Supply Chain Manager**:
**Role and responsibility**:
- Owns, designs and leads implementation of the optimal supply chain for Spare Parts at Wittur Group level, based on customer-oriented, short delivery leadtimes and total cost of ownership.
- Leads and drives continuous improvement of all activities related to Spare Parts supply chain in the operating entities of the Group, including:
- Warehouse network design and optimization
- Material Planning / Stock management
- Harmonization and optimization of warehouse and shipping processes (pick, pack, ship)
- Sourcing / Supplier management in collaboration with Purchasing dept.
- Establishes relevant KPIs to monitor and track performance.
**You come with**:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, preferably with focus on Logistics / Supply Chain
- At least ten years work experience in Supply Chain functions of industrial companies
- Knowledge of after sales service / spare parts distribution as well as Elevator & Escalator industry a strong plus
**Job related technical skills & functional knowledge**:
- Supply Chain, Material Planning / S&OP, Warehouse & Shipping, Sourcing / Purchasing
- Solid knowledge of IT tools, in particular ERP and large databases
- Strong Project Management skills
- Good understanding and familiarity with technical data / engineering documents
**Profile**:
- Self-driven, proactive personality
- Process oriented, sets high performance standards
**Customer focus**:
- High customer focus is required, frequent interaction with internal customers
**Communication requirements**:
- Global responsibility requires fluency in English and at least a second European language.
Any further language a strong plus.
- Feels comfortable in an international environment and in interacting at all organizational levels.
