In order to strengthen our Personalization Development Team we are looking to hire a Special Equipment & Tailor Made Product Development Specialist based in Maranello (Italy).

In this position, you will be responsible for: Responsible for component specifications in relation to the specific personalization requirement coming from the Styling Department.

Responsible for the technical feasibility of the finishing solution including timing and development costs.

Responsible for the development of the finishing including: specifications book, timing and validation tests and quality master.

Integration and collaboration with the Internal Departments and Suppliers.

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or equivalent.

You should ideally have gained at least 5 years' dedicated experience on the design, development and delivery of single materials and integration into the components.

Solid knowledge of wrapping leather and textile processes, painting and surface treatments is required for the role.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, strong communication skills and accountability are important skillset to manage activities and responsibility of the role.

Fluent English is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage.
