**What you will do on a typical day**:

- INSERT CREDIT NOTES AND INVOICMENT OF CLAIMS

- CHECK OF ACTIVE INVOICEMENT ON PLATFORM SDI

- DAILY CHECK OF EMPLOYEE BADGES AND MONTHLY FILE

- CHECK OF EMPLOYEES HOLIDAYS AND MANAGEMENT OF DOCUMENTATIONS

- MONTHLY VAT CLOSING AND PRINTING

- INTRASTAT TO CUSTOM

- VAT DECLARIOTN MOD 770 / MUD

- MANAGEMENT OF RELATION WITH KPMG

- CONTACT FOR FISCAL ADVISOR AND SUPPORT FOR ANNUAL BALANCE

- PAYMENT OF TAXES

- PAYMENT OF F24 , TAXES AND VAT

- CHECK OF BANK MOVEMENT AND REGISTRATION DONE BY XPO SPAIN

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- At least 2 years of experience in role.

- Bachelor Degree.

- Languages :English, Spanish, Italian.

- High level of Ms Office: Word, Excel, PPT and Power BI.

- Negotiation and problem solving capabilities.

- Results oriented.
