Are you a specialist in customer care looking for a new opportunity? As a Specialist Customer Care, you will prepare proposals/bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contract commitments while assessing commercial risks.

You will work based on a predefined sales plan. Partner with the BestAs a Specialist Customer Care, you are responsible for:Responding to customer needs for quotes and coordinating responses if a request differs from standardized offers. Handling standardized products with pre-defined options. Contributing to predefined contracts and establishing a framework of conditions and prices. Managing targeted clients. Discussing sales approaches with the manager. Leading a department with medium to large personnel costs. Managing a low to medium region size, stable region, and established market presence. Follow your passionTo be successful in your role:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales). Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.
