Specialist Customer Care Location: Segrate, ItalyType: Hybrid The Specialist Customer Care plays a key role in supporting the Account Manager in managing customers and often acts as the first contact for the customer in case of information and problems related to order management.
It also interfaces with the internal functions that are involved in the process of production, administration and delivery of the goods.
