**The team for you to join : Global People & Culture

**What would your role look like?

As a HR Specialist for Italy, you will report to the HRBP France & Italy based in France and will be based in our office in Parma 3 days a week, and 2 days at our production site in Canossa, Reggio Emilia.

Your scope will include providing HR support to also Milano and travel to these site is to be expected.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Provide HR operational support to our Italian entities, including HR administration related to the entire employee lifecycle

- Ensure data quality in relevant HR systems

- Submit data to payroll, interact with external payroll vendor and liaise with the local Finance team

- Support employee On

- and Offboarding activities

- Advise leaders on people matters and support the annual HR wheel

- Participate in and contribute to HR projects, such as process and policy optimization

- Answer employee inquiries

- Support local management in managing Union relations at local level and implement applicable national and local labor union agreements

- Recruitment support

We expect this position to evolve as a support Role for the Spain Office.

**Who are we looking for?

We need an additional team player on our team, who has a can do attitude, has a structured working style, while at the same time being flexible and comfortable with everything not being in a perfect order yet.

We are looking for a person that is motivated by getting it right, not necessarily being right.

We are looking for an experienced profile with a university degree and at least 5-8 years of generalist HR experience.

Further, you bring the following skills and experience:

- Good knowledge of local employment law and basic understanding of payroll processes, time & absence management

- Experience in managing employee relations in a production site as well as in collaborating with labor unions in Italy

- Ability to build relationships, be a trusted advisor and have strong communication skills

- Experience with working in Success Factors and other HR systems, focus on data quality

- Previous exposure to an international working environment from a multinational organization is a plus

- Fluency in Italian and English
