**WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
The Specialist, Industry Marketing will support several industry practices (e. g.
Retail, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Transportation, etc. )
and work closely with our Industry Marketing Practices leaders to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that support Bain's commercial objectives.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- In conjunction with Leadership, support execution of Industry Marketing strategies
- Support draft iterations of practice strategy
- Support industry practice content strategy execution
- Coordinate Industry Practice IP creation (e. g.
briefs, graphics) for industry practice's most relevant topics within region
- Monitor and coordinate the identification of key stakeholders for the practice (e. g.
promoters, clients, prospects, influencers, alumni, reporters, etc.
)
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Manager on global Practice strategy development and refinement
- Assist Industry Practice Manager in operational activities such as budget and annual planning (e. g.
data collection, analysis, coordination, etc.
)
- Provide strategic input to the Industry Practice Marketing budget and planning process
- Execute recommendations as needed
- Execute Industry Practice Marketing activities across campaigns
- Implement campaigns working with relevant Centers of Excellence and Market reputation teams
- Execute campaigns with optimal marketing mix
- Support development of marketing light assets mainly but not restricted to social media (posts, short videos, etc.
)
- Working with Conferences & Events CoE / Market reputation teams.
Identify timing, location and target audience to supervise best in class and premium events across the region
- Maintain Marketing tools including webpage, content distribution platform, and bios
- Nurture and support 3rd party partnerships, sponsorships, and conferences/events
- Ensure activities reach key client decision-makers (e. g.
promoters and influencers at clients, alumni with decision-making/influencing power, and other influencers) by leveraging all available channels
- Provide analytical support as needed (e. g.
reporting, data analysis, tracking) including monitoring KPIs and performance to provide a comprehensive view of the current state of industry Marketing
- Track marketing budget to ensure it stays on target
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (e. g.
click rates, leads)
- Work collaboratively with Industry Marketing team and other functions
- Focusing on, but not exclusively with, Capability and Account Marketing to ensure plans are aligned / complementary and to achieve Bain Marketing's goals, provide input to continuously improve processes and effectiveness
- Success will be defined by close collaboration with many different stakeholders: Practice teams (PPK), core marketing functions (including primarily account marketing, Capability Marketing, some Centers of Excellence's, market reputation.
)

**ABOUT YOU**:
Required
- An undergraduate degree in Marketing / Communications or business
- 3-5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and project management
- Expertise and previous experience in marketing programs and processes
- Demonstrated ability to take a lead on coordinating and executing distinct projects and/or large and regional events, including managing the budget, contributing to objective/goal definition, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to understand relevant industry practice marketing objectives and priorities, as well as content
- Ability to proactively conceive and suggest new approaches and solutions
- Effective written and oral communication skills, ability to liaise as knowledgeable Bain marketing representative with stakeholders of various seniorities with mínimal input from Manager
- Client-centric mindset, problem-solving
