About the role: As People Data & Payroll Specialist you will contribute to managing the HR, administrative and payroll activities within the site of Porcia where we produce Fabric Care appliances. You will support the site's blue- and white-collar employees and be a reference point for HR administrative related requests.
You will report to Manager People Services & Solutions Italy.
This is a temporary position for 12 months. What you'll do: Support the People Data & Payroll Specialist colleagues on site and remotely for the completion of the personnel administration actions. Time and Attendance registration, analysis and control of the time sheets of the assigned employees. Updating and maintenance of payroll records within payroll software and Workday (e. g. changes in personal data, employment terms & conditions, exemptions, deductions, sick leaves, etc. ). Registration of hirings, terminations, internal moves, employment contract transformations and relevant Unilav communications. Preparation of all the necessary documents and certificates on employee's request. Daily contact with blue- and white-collar employees to answer and comply with their requests. Active participation in closing periods. Preparation of reports extracted from the payroll Database in a timely manner. Participation in the continuous improvement initiatives of the team. Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma/University degree in Accounting/Finance/HR. Strong interest or experience in the field of payroll administration. Proficient use of the main data management applications and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Detail oriented and accurate. You believe small things matter. Great time management and organizational skills. Customer service attitude; You like making people's life easier. Able to deliver results in a high-performance culture. Self-motivation, great time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the Italian Social Security regulation, Tax, and Labor code would be a valuable asset. Very good knowledge of the English language. Please submit your CV in English.
