As Product Engineer you will be the interface between development and production teams.

With your data analysis

- and problem solving-skills you will analyze characterization, qualification and test-yield results and drive root cause finding of potential deviations.

You are a key person for successful product releases and continuously drive cost and quality improvements.

In your new role you will:

- **Plan (time frame, resources) product engineering project specific tasks **for own products or family of products.

- **Prepare and release Requirement management Plan **according to development process.

- Prepare and release **Verification Plan/Report **according to product datasheet.

- Coordinate activities with **Design, Test Engineering, Application Engineering and Quality Department **for characterization coverage and product verification/validation.

- Perform characterization **data analysis **on test parameters of new products, to **ensure they meet the product requirement specifications **and manufacturing requirements.

- Support to **production testing, statistical reporting and analysis of parameters trend **s **.

- Perform **data analysis, drive yield enhancement, product cost reduction **for own products.

- Review qualification results together with **project team **.

- **Support on data analysis **in case of field return from customer.

You are personally committed to quality and always have it present as a high priority in your day-to-day work.

You cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of others in order to achieve best results.

Moreover, your team spirit and willingness to cooperate allow you to work closely with international and cross-functional integrated project teams.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **Bachelor or Masters' degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics **or equivalent degree.

- Basic **knowledge of statistical analysis **.

- Skills in **writing technical documentation **and **reporting **.

- Basic knowledge in **Python and/or R and/or VBA **.

- Good command of **English Language **.

- Knowledge of **electronics basics **.

- As a plus, **basic knowledge of common lab bench equipmen **t **and **measurement techniques **of electronic circuits.
