Vishay Italy is currently seeking applicants for Senior Specialist Product Marketing.

In this position, you will be driving the business for the products you are responsible for.

You will set budget goals and be responsible for reaching those through promotion activities and pricing strategies.

You will be involved in forecasting activities, cost reduction programs, and understanding future products needed. Job Location:Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is focused on the design, development, and production of power diodes and power modules.

There are around 300 employees currently working in Borgaro Torinese, Italy.

This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans. What you will be doing:Be part of the budget process to define each year a sales budget by customer/product (revenue and margin targets). Support daily sales organization/regional marketing on product pricing and define minimum pricing levels for them to operate. Work closely with Regional Marketing on quarterly/yearly negotiations. Support new design activity, ensuring FAE/Sales has all needed to turn them into design wins. Track and report progress of the design activities on the focus products. Work closely with R&D, application team, and product engineering to define the new product roadmap. Contribute to the product release process from initial idea to full release in the market. Contribute to complete the promotion material on new/focus products. Gather info on market/customer status to ensure our forecast to planning/production is up to date. Willingness to travel. What you will bring along:Bachelor's or Master's degree, PhD Level Management Engineer or similar. Excellent written and spoken English. Good attitude and capability in time management dealing with urgent requests and priority conflicts. Good motivation and problem-solving approach in dealing with major challenges/issues. Good coaching and mentoring skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Authoritativeness vs authority. Capability to lead an inter-functional team.
