Overview of the Role:
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer (MC SE) engages with customers ranging from operational marketing and IT teams to C-Level executives.
The MC SE must perform as a trusted advisor and guide in delivering memorable customer experiences while positioning the business value of our solutions.
The MC SE is part of the Italian Sales team, providing technology and industry expertise to customers and partners by crafting, packaging, and demonstrating innovative solutions that solve key business challenges.
Responsibilities:
Success will be measured by individual objectives and the overall performance of the Sales team in growing annual revenues.
Examples of those activities are:
Work in close partnership with sales teams, partners, product, and industry specialists to plan and deliver on sales campaigns. Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to ensure that the proposed solution delivers customer success. Present and demonstrate technical solutions; have a passion for understanding and solving business challenges. Deliver inspiring presentations and product demonstrations to influential audiences. Remain well-informed on the latest innovations in customer experience management solutions. Amplify the reach of your successes and learning moments internally. Required Experiences and Qualifications: Fluent in Italian and English. 6+ years experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting roles. 6+ years in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, and AI. An autonomous self-starter able to learn, lead, and prioritize tasks effectively. Comfortable working across multiple dynamic teams or on solo projects. Passionate about storytelling to enhance customer engagements. Advantageous/Preferred Experiences and Qualifications: Technical expertise in Martech systems, CDP, CRM, Loyalty Management, Marketing Analytics.
