**In a few words
We are looking for an ambitious young talent to be part of our operator business in Italy. You will work in a highly international team and learn/sharpen your skills of CRM building, business development, negotiation, communication with teams from different countries, internal and external presentation, project management, etc.
**Your healthy routine
- Build and maintain operational level customer relationship through daily communication.
- Gather and analyze market information from multiple EU countries to support business decision.
- Serve as interface to China HQ, EU HQ and countries to make sure all strategy are aligned.
- End to end product launch management as project, from design to hit on the shelf.
- Internal business report preparation.
- Support the Italian market in Go-to-Market (GTM) function, including market research and analysis, project management, and data analysis to inform and support business decisions.
**Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, experience In consumer business is preferred.
- Proficient communication skills in English, Italian and Chinese.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic to smartphone business.
- Sensitive to numbers with strong logical thinking ability.
- Excellent skills on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.
- Positive and encouraging personality
