Clinical Specialist Hearing Technologies Region: North East Italy ( Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia - Trentino )
Key Job Responsibilities • Clinical Support B2C and B2B
• Managing of relationship with partners and key customers
• Representation of MED-EL
• Presentation of products and services
• Operative marketing tasks based on MED-EL's marketing strategy
• Support of MED-EL's quality system
• Contribute to improving processes within the Sales Force to increase effectiveness.
• Work with the salesforce rollout team to identify data required for reports and dashboards to support the sales function
• Increase market penetration of hearing implants
• Organization of clinical training workshops
• Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Clinical support for our customers
Basic Qualifications • University degree in Audiologist or Bio medical engineering
• 3-5 years' experience within the Hearing Aids or medical device market
• Business skills as well as commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven oral, written, telephone and presentation
• Confident and determined approach
• highly interested in clinical processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain close and collaborative communication with field and corporate teams
• Prior experience in a role where you've demonstrated business or sales acumen is strongly preferred
• high degree of self – motivation and ability and willingness to travel
