We are looking for an employee to support our logistics operations and contribute to our continued success.

Main responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations, including the organization of land shipments, nationally and internationally.

Monitor and update the shipment management system through IT tools.

Coordinate activities with suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery times.

Manage documentation relating to shipments and transport.

Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience in similar roles in the logistics sector (even short experience is fine).

Good knowledge of IT tools (Excel and management softwares in particular).

Teamwork oriented and excellent organizational skills.

Precision, reliability and problem-solving.

Knowledge of English (mandatory) and Spanish, French or German (optional)
