We are looking for a Passive Cycle Accounting Specialist profile who will join the Finance, Control & Credit Department.

Main activities and responsibilities:Ensure the activities related to the purchase process accounting;Ensuring the process of accounting for invoices payable, from the verification and evaluation of accounting entries with the appropriate VAT side checks and congruence with Purchase Orders;Requesting payment authorisations where required by internal procedures and verifying compliance with purchasing powers;Prepare supplier payments on a monthly basis in concert with the financial planning shared with the Treasury area and ensure correct accounting of the same;Managing relations with suppliers in relation to any reminders or audits required;Ensure the registration of passive cycle bank movements and bank reconciliation in relation to supplier payments in concert with Accounting;Accounting for cash movements and company credit card transactions, working with the offices owning this accounting;Supporting the Account Payable group with database processing and/or accounting reconciliations during the monthly periodic closing phase;Supporting the various BUs in passive cycle activities and Goods Receipts in Purchase Orders;Requirements:Higher Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics;Previous experience of at least 2 years in medium/large companies;Aptitude for in-depth analysis, analytical skills and critical approach;Excellent knowledge of SAP systems;Excellent knowledge of Excel;Good knowledge of the English language;Precision, proactivity and problem solving complete the profile.
