Your challenge:The IT EMEA Manufacturing Operations of CNH is key in supporting our 11 Agricultural and Construction Equipment plants in all aspects of IT.

The team's responsibility consists of delivering IT projects to our production sites, and the day-to-day support of manufacturing, quality and logistics IT solutions.

The team operates towards the manufacturing branch of the brands Case and New Holland, experts in producing agricultural and construction equipment. As Manufacturing Operations IT Engineer, you are the main point of contact for the user community of our manufacturing, logistic and quality IT systems, and participate in challenging projects for our production sites. After run-in and proper training, your main focus will be on supporting our Italian plant in Modena with focus main ERP system used locally (AS-400) with all surrounding systems, as well as specific on-site projects delivered for manufacturing.

Your task will be to understand the business processes and act as an interface between IT community and our business partners translating new requirements to the supporting IT teams and suppliers, guaranteeing state of the art, robust and secure systems, in close collaboration with the IT country leader. Moreover, as IT Manufacturing Operations team we are collaborating with our users in multiple sites on a roadmap for Industry 4. 0, AI use cases, Internet-Of-Things, Digitalization, Big Data, and Augmented Reality, that are just a glimpse of the widespread of new technologies we are evaluating - a lot of challenges for motivated potentials. Your profile:Preferably a master in IT or Engineering, or equivalent through experience.

Especially important is your strong interest in Manufacturing, Quality and Logistic (Warehouse Management) processes, Experience: junior to medio (5 years of experience in a manufacturing and logistic environment), school leavers are welcome, Analytical thinking and the will to deliver excellent quality, ability to work independently as an individual, as well as part of a teamSocial skills, allowing you to integrate flawlessly in a widespread of cultures, countries and backgrounds: Excellent relationship and communication skillsKnowledge of English languages is a mustAvailable to do some short business travel within Europe (max 10% of the time)Hands-on experience with database querying (query's or other reporting tools), programming skills is an asset, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps knowledge is a strong additional asset for potential candidate, Good leadership skills, with hands-on skill to coordinate multiple project teams, such as external vendors and internal teams to achieve common result, Experience with ERP, MES, WMS software solutions and integration with Shopfloor applications (MES and Logistics) is a plusProfound knowledge of the manufacturing processes (with special focus on execution and production planning control) and warehouse management is an asset.
