The Role We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital, to manage, partly independently and partly with the support of collaborators, the activities of the Marketing Department. These activities include managing ads (Google, YouTube, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn), the company website, and social media. This role presents a significant growth opportunity within the marketing department. We are seeking someone passionate about the digital and luxury sectors. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy, Analysis, and Reporting for Digital & Social Activities Analysis and strategy for digital activities (social media and ads) Budget management Identifying key KPIs to monitor Preparation of reports on: Online promotion activities Social insights SEO Designing and conducting tests for new markets Managing Digital Campaigns Managing and supporting technical collaborators currently handling digital ads (Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing), including: Creating and monitoring campaigns and ad groups Researching and analyzing keywords Researching and strategizing new audiences Creating and reviewing campaign content, including images, videos, and text Social Media Management Drafting editorial plans and calendars Creating content (copy and visuals) for the company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) Publishing content Managing interactions with the audience (comments, direct messaging) Researching and studying new channels REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years of experience in the field Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written) Computer skills (knowledge of Word, Excel, Canva) Experience with WordPress, SEO, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Ads, as well as main digital marketing tools Experience managing key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) Adaptability and flexibility Excellent verbal and written communication skills Aesthetic sensitivity Goal-oriented mindset Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to develop analysis and reporting Preferred Qualifications Degree in Digital Marketing and Communication disciplines More than 5 years of professional experience in the field Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom) JOB OFFER DETAILS Collaboration on a freelance basis (P.
