**Job Description**:

The Speciality Distribution Leader EMEA is responsible for the region's sales through speciality distributors (SDI).

The SDI Leader EMEA is part of the EMEA market access team.

He/she has ownership of the region's SDI strategy and ensures the execution of that strategy throughout the various countries in the region.

High-performing speciality distribution channels are a foundational element of RA business strategy and critical for Rockwell Automation to achieve our financial objectives.
