Enereco S. p. A. is looking for a specialized Technician in permit acquisition to join our team.

The selected person will be responsible for managing the technical and administrative procedures necessary to obtain permits and concessions.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage activities related to the establishment of easements and compliance with gas pipeline regulations, aimed at drafting notarial deeds.

- Assess and negotiate the modalities and timelines for project execution, servitude costs and agricultural measures for crop protection.

- Draft amicable agreements with interested property owners.

- Acquire permits for temporary occupation and/or voluntary land transfer.

- Prepare enforcement measures if necessary.

- Manage the compensation for damages resulting from the construction or decommissioning of works, through market research and site inspections to define preliminary estimates.

- Follow up on the processes to obtain permits and concessions from public and private entities for pipeline installations.

- Perform cadastral checks, research property owners' addresses, and manage contacts and negotiations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the field.

- Surveyor diploma.

- Knowledge of environmental and urban planning authorization procedures.

- Familiarity with environmental and energy regulations.

- Good proficiency with the Office suite.

- Willingness to travel throughout the national territory.
