Role purpose**:

Develop and improve speech analytics capabilities, integrating it with larger Analytics ecosystem on Big data Platform, to provide deep insights from interaction with customer base

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

He/She is responsible to lead the speech analytics team in adopting the right technologies, methodologies and algorithms to provide insights to senior management to improve Customer experience.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Knowledge of analytics environment

- Experience with data management in big data environment

- Experience in developing and setting speech analytics platforms and Intent management solutions

- Experience with AI and NLP

- Ability to be the bridge between technical and Business department to lead platform development in a useful and effective way according to business needs

**Key performance indicators**:

Time to market: trade-off between quick wins vs long term results

Design to cost: resources optimization

Down to earth: delivery of insightful and ready to use results avoiding theoretical approach
