Sport Presentation - Entertainment And Victory Ceremonies Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)
The resource will carry out coordination and support activities in the organization and management of the Entertainment and Victory Ceremonies project, which will have its cross-functional development within the individual venues.
The following are required:
Project management skills; Ability to coordinate resources in structured contexts; Planning and goal setting skills; Excellent communication and relationship skills; Organisational management within the SPP and VC function; Management and coordination of the activities of the Core Team; To take care of the training activities for temporary staff and volunteers, especially for the activities dedicated to the Victory Ceremonies; Preparation and management of volunteer shifts; Management of internal and external documentation for VC.
