**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
We are searching for a Mid Level Management figure with skills already acquired in similar roles in event organizations.
The Sport Services & Planning Coordinator will operate within the Sport Services and Planning Area, in support to the responsible of the area, and the reference Manager.
In particular, he/she will take care of all aspects of Sport Services (Competitions Schedule, Sport Delivery Plan, Detail Competition Activities Schedule) ensuring maximum precision and punctuality.
**Responsibilities
1) Management of requests from sport stakeholders: technical aspects of games operations, management of requests from International Technical Officials, National Technical Officials and International Federations' Officials;
2) Contribute to the elaboration of the main planning tools (Competition schedule, Sport Delivery Plan, Detail Competition Activities Schedule, etc.
);
3) Support to the Sport Services and Planning area in the processing of documents, reports, presentations, etc.
4) Planning of games operations activities in relation to the main tasks of the Sport Services and Planning area;
5) Reference for other OCOG functions for area-managed services.
**Requirements**:
- Deep knowledge of the world of sports and sporting events preferably but not necessarily of winter sports;
- Excellent job management and planning skills;
- Ability to operate independently myself in accordance with the assigned taks;
- Ability to work in teams, meet the deadlines and adapt to the multidisciplinarity and flexibility required;
- Excellent knowledge of foreign languages, English is a priority, any other language knowledge will represent a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft package with priority over Excel and Power Point.
