What you'll do:

- You will join the team of Sportsbook Experience and in particular in the business / management Betting reporting directly to Marco Rebuglio. - You will have the opportunity to be involved to be involved in the development and implementation of cutting-edge sportsbook features and technologies aimed at enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

Who you are:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in the sports betting or online gaming industry, with a proven track record of success in roles focused on sportsbook operations, user experience, or product management. - You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;- You have excellent knowledge of sports betting markets, odds compilation, and trading principles, coupled with a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences in the sportsbook environment;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences;- You know how to leverage data and analytics tools to derive actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience in project management or leadership roles, overseeing cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from conception to implementation;- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate effective communication with development teams and contribute to discussions around technical requirements and feasibility.
