What you'll do:

- You will join the team of Sportsbook Product and in particular in the Betting business reporting directly to the Sportsbook Product Senior Manager;- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the definition and delivery of the product strategy for Sportsbook and Tipster products in the Italian market.

You will manage the relationship with the 3rd party providers, being the Sisal focal point for Sportsbook Product activities which involve other brands of the Flutter group.

Who you are:

- You have at least 3 years of experience in the Gambling Industry or in International environments focused on leisure or digital innovation;- You have a degree in Economics or Engineering;- You have excellent knowledge of Office, Project management, Data analysis;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are resilient, capable to work under high pressure, driven to result, with a strategic mindset and strong people management and negotiation skills;- You know how to manage a team and deal with C-level stakeholders, as well as external suppliers.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience in Product teams;- Basic knowledge of French language and how to write UR documents for ICT team.
