YellowSquare is looking for **Square Enthusiasts** for the YellowSquare in Rome.

Our Enthusiasts are in charge of creating unforgettable memories to our guests' stay.

**What does the Square Enthusiast does?

**:

- Dealing with guests and their questions and personal requests

- Welcoming the guest and processing their Check-in and Check-out

- Interacting with customers, taking orders, preparing drinks and serving food

Preparing bills and taking payments

- Providing concierge services, such as promoting events and activities at the hostel and providing information about local amenities and attractions

- Works as part of a team, supported by colleagues

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in similar roles (ie Receptionist and/or Bartender/Barista), at least 1 year experience

- Ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;

- Flexibility to work on a shift schedule on any day and time of the week from Monday to Sunday.

- Excellence in customer service;

- Highly proficient in spoken English;
