Sr Account Manager
We are looking for a **Sr Account Manager** with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role to join our Client Engagement team.
We believe in building strong partnerships with our clients and are looking for a team member who embraces the same values.
Reporting to the one of our Account Directors, you are an effective "keeper" of the business.
You understand and share the big picture while nurturing opportunities for growth.
As a full service agency our account managers have to opportunity to work in an expansive variety of business areas including:
- Brand launches
- Patient support campaigns
- Digital campaign roll-out
- Market Access MCM
- Business operations advisory
- Sales support materials
- Medical Communications and HCP support materials
- Film, video and podcast creation
- Digital Therapeutics
- Market research
**Activities & Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to:
***Account Management
- Be the daily go-to-person and project lead
- Work with clients to set and meet delivery expectations
- Take responsibility for consistently monitoring active projects for your clients, as well as being on the lookout for new opportunities
- Demonstrate confidence and contribute thoughtfully to internal and external meetings
- Help train, manage and mentor the team's account executives
**Strategy
- Gain clients' confidence and build a 360 degree view of the account
- Understand your clients' objectives and priorities
- Think strategically and use a creative lens to connect the dots and align tactics with the clients' goals
- Stay informed with pharmaceutical and digital news
**Project Management
- Track project budgets regularly and work with supervisor to manage scope
- Anticipate next steps and ensure adherence to process
- Partner with project managers and other colleagues to drive and support collaboration across the agency
**Your Day-to-Day Tasks
- Be the daily go-to-person and project lead
- Ensure qualitative and timely delivery of our client activities
- Manage the account executive(s) on your projects and help them grow in their job
- Stay updated on your clients' activities and strategy, to make sure our proposals are tailored to their needs
- Leading pitches
- Prepare client proposal decks and quotations
- Manage your account's project financials
- Proactively look for business opportunities with existing clients, and prospects
- Support our MarCom department in the invitation, attendance, sharing and follow-up of our numerous events and interesting reads
**Qualifications
- Educated to a degree level - ideally in communication/marketing, economy, biology/pharmacy and/or other scientific pathway)
- Excellent level in English is a must
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role/same industry (brand launch experience is a plus)
- Interest in Digital Health
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package is a must, Project Management tools a plus (including eventually any certifications)
- Client-oriented and inventive
- A team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities
- Proactive in identifying and providing solutions to any potential problem
- Outgoing, helpful, approachable and ambitious
- Ability to collect, impart and discuss information and ideas in a compelling, collaborative, and effective way
- Ability to manage all account details and have a solution-oriented mindset
- Manage multiple priorities at one time — delegating, prioritizing, and following through to accomplish tasks effectively
